Use the wikispaces blog and help sections to get started. There are also online webinars that are very helpful in starting to work with the wiki.
If you want you can just start typing into the wiki. The online editor runs a little slow, and I didn't use it for large parts of the project. Instead, if you have a copy as a Word document, it can be copied and pasted easily. While wikispaces doesn't work the same way Word does, it can do some fonts. My recommendation would be to convert your Word document to Arial 10 pt. That format pastes very neatly into the wiki.
Small changes can be entered directly to the wiki. Font, size, and color can be altered by you.
I had a hard time with footnotes if they came from a Word document to the wiki and getting the footnote at the bottom of the page. Still working on it.
The text editor does not "indent" new paragraphs. For ease of reading, enter a blank line to start a new paragraph.
The effort here is to create a serious and useful informational source for understanding EMRs. Please keep it that way.
